Delivery methods

BPonline.net orders are delivered by our couriers worldwide.  We have alliances with numerous courier companies that can ship your product to you at a low cost.  It is essential that the shipping address provided to us is a physical address and not a post office box, as the consignment note will need to be sign by the recipient on delivery.  It is also advised you leave a contact number in case we need to contact you regarding the delivery.

Delivery Cost

Freight costs are automatically calculated depending on the weight and region in which you live in.  The freight region is determine by the shipping postcode number and is then calculated with the total of your order.

Delivery requirements

For security precautions our couriers require some proof of identification by the recipient at the time of delivery.  You will also be required to sign for the goods as proof of delivery.

Delivery schedule

Delivery time will vary according to the method selected by you.  Major cities can expect at least 2 to 4 working days with an additional 2 days if you are located in a more remote or rural areas.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled if the products have not been dispatched.  If the Items have been shipped to you, you may return the product in accordance with our published returns policy.
